Central Office of Recovery, Reconstruction and Resiliency (COR3). Is a division within the Public-Private Partnerships created on October 23, 2017 by the Executive Order 2017-65.
COR3 was created for the purpose of (a) identifying, procuring and administering all state, federal and/or private resources available to the Government of Puerto Rico or any Governmental Entity to invest in the Recovery; (b) coordinating and channelling all the efforts and activities of the Government of Puerto Rico and its Governmental Entities related to the Recovery; (c) financing, executing, or effecting works and infrastructure projects related to Recovery; and (d) advising the Governor of Puerto Rico and providing technical assistance and advice to other Governmental Entities regarding any matter to Recovery.
COR3 will carry out its purposes in such a way as to ensure the most efficient and effective use of the resources available for Recovery and to minimize the duplication of recovery work between governmental entities. (Source: COR3)
